Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans (DWA, DAR) and visual timelines (Gantt Charts) to ensure on-time execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and external vendors to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting operational workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, including downtime reduction, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Lead or assist in the implementation of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor maintenance teams on best practices, new procedures, and equipment handling.
- Collaborate with procurement to source spare parts and materials, optimizing inventory levels and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or a similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficient in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera for scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, or other industry-specific safety standards is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
