Responsibility
- Accurately encode, verify, and maintain digital records and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Provide back-end IT support, including troubleshooting system issues and resolving technical queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management processes.
- Monitor and update IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software applications and IT infrastructure.
- Document procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data encoding, entry, or back-end IT support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and IT support tools.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network configurations, and system maintenance.
