Based in Bali (with hybrid/remote flexibility), you’ll gain hands-on experience in employer branding, digital marketing, and talent acquisition while working on high-impact projects. Whether you’re crafting compelling content, analyzing market trends, or executing multi-channel campaigns, your contributions will directly influence EY’s ability to attract diverse, high-caliber professionals.

Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos) to showcase EY’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent attraction and competitor benchmarking.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives, including virtual/physical events, webinars, and university partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and distribute internal communications for employee advocacy.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
- Assist in organizing employer branding workshops or training sessions for hiring managers.
- Contribute to the development of EY’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or related fields.
- Passion for employer branding, talent acquisition, or digital marketing with a creative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and basic analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a global team setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, HR, or communications is advantageous.
- Availability for a full-time, 6-month commitment (Jan - Jun 2027).
