Responsibility
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, and cabling for various audio-visual systems and related infrastructure, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative measures on electrical components and AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, system malfunctions, and technical issues efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving operational problems for AV solutions.
- Assist in the commissioning and testing of newly installed systems, ensuring all components function correctly and meet project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical support interactions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, AV technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering/Technical Course.
- Must be TESDA Certified in an relevant electrical or electronics trade.
- Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably within an audio-visual or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for both electrical and technical system issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to perform duties that may include lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
