Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems, production equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, PLC systems, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to enhance equipment reliability and longevity
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities and support continuous production operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of electrical spare parts
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and production operators on electrical safety and equipment operation
- Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvement projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and control circuits
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience with PLC systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial automation equipment
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards (IEC, PUIL, or equivalent) and best practices in industrial settings
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
