Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation-related issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and control panels.
- Develop and implement HMI (Human-Machine Interface) solutions for user-friendly system monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations in all electrical installations.
- Document technical specifications, schematics, and maintenance logs for automation systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation and recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates with PLC programming expertise (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Proficiency in ladder logic (LAD), structured text (ST), or function block diagram (FBD) programming.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and HMI development is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
