Responsibility
- Engage with business leaders and HR teams to assess their workforce development needs and challenges.
- Develop and present customized education solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training opportunities within organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective learning programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of education initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in corporate education and workforce development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or business development, preferably in the education or corporate training sector.
- Strong understanding of workforce development, learning and development strategies, and corporate training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
