Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.) to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze consumer data, market trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing, Sales, Product) to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep Beiersdorf ahead of the curve.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys for maximum impact.
- Assist in the development of data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of internship experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or eCommerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.) and digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with international teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Interest in skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries is a bonus!
