Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Printful product listings, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory synchronization
- Process and track Printful orders, coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor Printful production status and proactively communicate updates to clients and team members
- Troubleshoot Printful integration issues and work with technical support to resolve platform-related challenges
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Printful workflows, processes, and best practices
- Assist with e-commerce store management, including Shopify or WooCommerce platforms as needed
- Handle customer inquiries related to Printful products and orders with professionalism and efficiency
- Generate regular reports on Printful performance metrics, sales data, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Non-negotiable: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Printful's platform and integrations
- Proven track record in e-commerce virtual assistance or similar roles
- Strong understanding of print-on-demand business models and e-commerce workflows
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for clear international communication
- Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with customer service in an e-commerce environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
