Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital retail space.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV) using tools like Google Analytics, and present actionable insights.
- Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement UX/UI improvements on e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and reduce cart abandonment.
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies and recommend innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
