Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to refine strategies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and dispute resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and discounts.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
