Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and dispute resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.
- Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
