Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the brand’s e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) to maximize conversions, user experience, and sales performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social commerce to drive traffic and revenue.
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and designers to align product development with sales forecasts and market trends.
- Analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, CAC) and provide actionable insights to refine business strategies.
- Lead customer service initiatives, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and improving retention through loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new collections, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in activewear, swimwear, and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar tools to track performance metrics.
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads) and CRM management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain logistics, including vendor and production coordination.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Passion for the activewear/swimwear industry and a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
