Join Bodilicious as our E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Lead and take the helm of our digital storefront in Bali’s most dynamic markets. As the "captain" of our operational team, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day execution, optimize marketplace performance, and lead a high-performing team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Based in Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas—you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our e-commerce presence, refining processes, and leveraging data to enhance efficiency. Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end e-commerce and marketplace operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional operational team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
- System Optimization: Manage and improve e-commerce platforms, tools, and integrations (e.g., Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee) to enhance performance and scalability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor marketplace metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CSAT, delivery times) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Process Refinement: Identify bottlenecks and design efficient workflows to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with logistics providers, payment gateways, and marketplace partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, legal requirements, and brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce/marketplace operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong team management, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent English and Indonesian (Bahasa) written and verbal skills.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
