Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Track inventory levels and update product availability in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and seasonal campaigns.
- Generate reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketplace performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is a plus.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to one of the specified locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
