Responsibility
- Manage and optimize marketplace operations (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) to enhance visibility and sales.
- Develop, execute, and monitor high-impact digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with brand objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and sales growth for stakeholders.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
