Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, appeal, and SEO compliance.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfill orders promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Create engaging content (images, videos, descriptions) tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Generate reports on sales, expenses, and campaign performance for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an E-Commerce Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising (e.g., PPC, social media ads, influencer collaborations).
- Proficiency in using platform-specific tools (Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Portal, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
