Responsibility
- Host engaging live streaming sessions with high energy, professionalism, and audience interaction.
- Develop and execute creative rundowns, scripts, and promotional strategies to maximize viewer retention and conversion.
- Master product knowledge, including key selling points, features, and benefits, to deliver persuasive pitches.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth technical execution, including camera angles, audio, and lighting.
- Monitor live chat and respond to audience questions, comments, and feedback in real time.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewer count, engagement rates, sales) and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align live streams with broader campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for live content optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, MC, or in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, hospitality, or entertainment).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Charismatic, confident, and comfortable on camera with a natural ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong improvisational skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
