Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies, from concept and budgeting to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, secure permits, and coordinate logistics for events of varying scales.
- Oversee event timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively mitigating risks and resolving challenges to ensure flawless execution.
- Design immersive event experiences, incorporating creative themes, AV production, and interactive elements to engage attendees.
- Manage event marketing efforts, including digital promotions, invitations, and RSVP tracking to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Lead on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to integrate events into broader business strategies.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in event planning, with a portfolio of successfully executed corporate, social, or hybrid events.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office/Google Workspace for planning and documentation.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in design, branding, and attendee experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with Baliās event industry, venues, and local regulations is a plus.
