Responsibility
- Represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, and retail locations across Bali.
- Engage with customers through product demonstrations, samples, and interactive activities.
- Educate potential customers about product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales or engagement targets set by the marketing team.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve promotional strategies.
- Set up and dismantle promotional booths, displays, and materials as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to enhance brand perception.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in promotions, sales, or customer service (preferably in retail or events).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events require.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance, aligning with brand standards.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
