Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to align financial and marketing strategies with business goals.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in the transport/logistics industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and strong time-management skills.
