Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building in Bali’s retail and consumer market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment solutions).
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
