Responsibility
- Provide exceptional table service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach to all guests.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including table settings, condiments, and service stations.
- Assist in menu knowledge training to confidently recommend dishes, beverages, and promotions to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with restaurant policies and local regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining, hospitality, or customer service role (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including table setting, order taking, and payment processing.
- Well-groomed appearance with adherence to uniform and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work in Bali’s top tourist destinations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
