Responsibility
- Operate and maintain digital printing machinery to produce high-quality prints, including large-format, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Review and prepare digital files for printing, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and proper formatting.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to finalize print-ready files and address any technical or design concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor inventory of printing materials (inks, substrates, etc.) and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, such as misalignments, color inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Graphics/Printing or equivalent certification in a related field.
- Proven 1+ years of experience in digital printing, preferably in a commercial or production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design/print software.
- Strong understanding of color management, file formats (PDF, TIFF, EPS), and print-ready specifications.
- Hands-on experience with large-format printers, UV printers, or similar digital printing equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in designs or print outputs before final production.
- Age maximum 30 years old (as per company policy).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with clients and team members.
