As part of our Audience Media team, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Media Solutions (DMS), ensuring seamless delivery of high-performance advertising strategies across programmatic, social, and display channels.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital media strategies tailored to client KPIs, including programmatic, paid social, and display campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: from briefing and planning to trafficking, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and media partners to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, DV360, or Meta Ads Manager, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare and present post-campaign reports with clear ROI metrics and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital media trends, including AI-driven advertising, cookieless solutions, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning, account management, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record managing programmatic, social, or display campaigns with measurable success in ROI/ROAS.
- Proficiency in DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), DMPs, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; fluency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Experience working with regional or global clients in APAC markets is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
