Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage SEM and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive targeted traffic, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee social media advertising (Instagram, Facebook) with compelling creatives and audience targeting.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized copy for blogs, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to refine strategies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the CEO to align marketing efforts with business goals and budget allocations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid social ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, link-building, and on-page optimization best practices.
- Experience creating and optimizing ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
