We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, managing high-budget campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with ROAS, stays ahead of algorithm updates, and knows exactly how to convert clicks into customers. If you have at least two years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of optimizing complex ad funnels, we want to hear from you. Responsibility

  • Develop, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor daily ad spend, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and iterate on high-converting ad assets (video and static).
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to keep our advertising strategy ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience managing paid media accounts (Meta, Google, and TikTok).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and understanding of short-form video ad trends.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic marketing decisions.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
