Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid ads) to drive e-commerce sales and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for targeted marketing strategies.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate improvement (CRO) using A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, CAC, and customer retention) to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and sales) to create compelling content and visual assets that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to build community engagement, grow followers, and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee email marketing automation, including segmentation, personalization, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience crafting persuasive copy for ads, emails, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape or experience working in Southeast Asia is a bonus.
