Based in Bali’s dynamic hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies. From social media and SEO to content creation and performance analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital footprint in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or Computer Science, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus, as is a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CTR) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance UX/UI and landing page performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, influencer marketing) and recommend innovative tactics.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media interactions and customer feedback loops.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, DKV, or Computer Science (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house team.
- Proficient in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console) and social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a portfolio showcasing campaign results, content, or design work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
