Based in the vibrant and inspiring locations of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), youâll work remotely with a team of experts to design engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning experiences. Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop interactive digital learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, and multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics) for e-learning courses.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and propose innovative digital solutions.
- Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and track user engagement metrics.
- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Test and refine digital learning materials for usability, accessibility, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital learning (e.g., microlearning, gamification, VR/AR) and share insights with the team.
- Contribute to content localization and adaptation for global audiences.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or animation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) is advantageous.
- Portfolio or samples of previous work (e.g., e-learning modules, design projects) are highly encouraged.
