Responsibility
- Provide high-quality customer support to digital advertising clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or campaign-related issues for clients using SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Assist clients with ad platform navigation, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions in CRM systems.
- Educate clients on best practices for SEO, ad targeting, and budget optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service (BPO) or digital marketing support.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, PPC advertising, or digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
- Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to grow in the field.
