Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality customer support to digital advertising clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or campaign-related issues for clients using SEO and digital marketing tools.
  • Assist clients with ad platform navigation, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions in CRM systems.
  • Educate clients on best practices for SEO, ad targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates to provide informed support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service (BPO) or digital marketing support.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles, PPC advertising, or digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to grow in the field.
