Responsibility

  • Analyze digital account performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and present data-driven reports with actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, optimize ad spend, and enhance customer acquisition funnels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-backed optimizations.
  • Manage and segment customer databases to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Automate reporting processes to streamline workflows and ensure real-time access to critical metrics.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools, analytics methodologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital analytics, account management, or revenue growth roles, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing.
