Responsibility
- Analyze digital account performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and present data-driven reports with actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies, optimize ad spend, and enhance customer acquisition funnels.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Manage and segment customer databases to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline workflows and ensure real-time access to critical metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools, analytics methodologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital analytics, account management, or revenue growth roles, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced reporting.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
