We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager (Quantity Surveying - Mechanical & Electrical) to oversee and optimize cost management, procurement, and contractual obligations for our M&E projects.

Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and management of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for M&E projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tender evaluations, vendor negotiations, and contract administration to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analyses to optimize project expenditures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all QS activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to align financial planning with technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify cost risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent budget overruns.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior QS professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS, PQS) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for M&E projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and procurement within the manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of team development and process optimization.
