Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely debt recovery.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to negotiate payment plans.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Document all interactions and updates in the company’s collection management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in using collection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices in debt collection.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
