Responsibility
- Review and process dealership loan applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company and financial institution policies.
- Evaluate client credit histories, financial statements, and supporting documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Coordinate with banks, credit agencies, and internal teams to facilitate timely approval of financing applications.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all loan applications, approvals, and rejections in the dealership management system.
- Communicate proactively with dealership staff and clients to provide updates on application status and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to financial partners, ensuring all paperwork is complete and error-free.
- Monitor and report on loan processing metrics, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
- Stay informed about changes in financing policies, interest rates, and automotive industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, credit evaluation, or dealership coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit reports, and lending criteria.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and dealership management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, dealerships, and financial institutions.
