Responsibility
- Serve as the primary advisor for the APAC region on deal booking, commercial approvals, and pricing compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to review and approve complex deals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze deal structures and pricing models to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and process improvements.
- Maintain and update deal desk documentation, including pricing guidelines, approval workflows, and compliance checklists.
- Provide guidance to sales teams on deal negotiation strategies, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles.
- Monitor and report on key deal metrics, such as approval turnaround times, deal volume, and revenue impact, to senior management.
- Identify bottlenecks in the deal approval process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems to streamline revenue operations and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance, with a focus on commercial deal management.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and deal desk tools (e.g., DealHub, Conga).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in deal processing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
