Responsibility

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry into LIMS and other database systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Generate, validate, and distribute regular reports for laboratory operations, invoicing, and management review.
  • Analyze data trends to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support invoicing processes by verifying data accuracy, reconciling records, and coordinating with finance and lab teams.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to data management procedures and system workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all data handling activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or laboratory data management.
  • Proficiency in using LIMS, ERP systems, or similar database platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL-based tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with invoicing processes and financial data reconciliation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and basic SQL queries.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
