Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telephone Operator, Receptionist, or in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using telephone systems, Microsoft Office, and basic database management.
