Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, flight changes, and itinerary updates.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions for travel-related concerns, including cancellations, re-bookings, and hotel accommodations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and travel databases to provide accurate, real-time information to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards, compliance protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate of any course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or travel-related industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple browser tabs efficiently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of patience and empathy.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
  • Must be able to start immediately and work on-site in Cebu City.
