As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, providing world-class assistance to our international clients. Responsibility

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat support channels.
  • Provide accurate and efficient information regarding client products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates and those with no prior BPO experience (Newbies are encouraged to apply!).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts.
  • Reliable, professional, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Bridgetowne office location.
