Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to expedite order fulfillment and resolve delays.
- Verify order details against regulatory and compliance requirements, including GMP, ISO, and industry-specific standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and prompt resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and report process inefficiencies, proposing data-driven improvements to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, EMA, or local health authorities).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
