Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Johnson Controls’ products and systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Conduct on-site or remote diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver product training and demonstrations to clients and internal teams to enhance product adoption.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in CRM systems for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales engineering, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, building automation, or industrial control systems is a plus.
