Responsibility
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure every customer receives a personalized and positive experience with HURU HARA BOTTLE products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Promote brand loyalty by going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or customer service tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
