Responsibility

  • Greet and assist mall visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Assist with crowd management during peak hours or special events to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by mall operations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
