Responsibility
- Greet and assist mall visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide accurate information about mall facilities, stores, promotions, and events to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the planning and execution of in-mall events, promotions, and activations to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with retail tenants to address customer needs and resolve service-related concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing mall environment, including common areas and information desks.
- Assist with crowd management during peak hours or special events to ensure safety and smooth operations.
- Utilize CRM tools to log customer interactions and track service metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by mall operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Familiarity with Baliās retail or tourism industry is advantageous.
