Responsibility
- Develop and execute credit product marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs for credit-based financial services.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to design promotional campaigns (digital, print, and in-person) tailored to local audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including businesses, financial institutions, and individual borrowers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Educate customers on credit terms, benefits, and application processes through clear and compelling communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all marketing and credit-related activities.
- Assist in credit risk assessment by providing market feedback to the underwriting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services, with a focus on credit products preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit markets, financial products, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns, CRM systems).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
