Responsibility
- Process and manage progress billings accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on collections with end financiers and purchasers to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and other stakeholders to finalize loan documentation.
- Monitor and report on outstanding debts and aging receivables.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records promptly.
- Maintain updated records of all financial transactions and communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide regular reports on credit control activities to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and credit management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
