Responsibility

  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch innovative video concepts aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Video Production: Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage on location or in-studio.
  • Post-Production Editing: Edit raw footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished, engaging videos.
  • Motion Graphics & Effects: Incorporate basic motion graphics, color grading, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure video content aligns with broader campaign strategies.
  • Asset Management: Organize and archive video files, project assets, and final cuts for easy retrieval and repurposing.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Feedback Implementation: Revise edits based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years as a Videographer/Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing promotional, social, or commercial content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
  • Creative Eye: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
