Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Create engaging, platform-optimized content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels.
- Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and clients to align video content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage shooting schedules, locations, and equipment to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, and color grading for a polished final product.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and refine content strategies based on data insights.
- Source and manage talent, voiceovers, and external vendors as needed for projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Video Producer, Content Creator, or similar role in digital media or advertising.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, cinematography, and editing skills across social platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content formats, and SEO best practices for video.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording for professional-grade production.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, VR/AR, or live streaming is a plus.
