Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align visual content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and animatics to conceptualize and pitch creative ideas.
- Edit and enhance raw footage, adding effects, sound, and music to create polished final products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge creative output.
- Optimize video assets for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, video editing, and animation projects.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
- Experience with 3D animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video content and platform-specific optimization.
