Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative video concepts aligned with brand guidelines and social media trends.
- Shoot high-quality footage using professional cameras, drones, and mobile devices for various platforms.
- Edit and enhance videos with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Optimize videos for SEO and platform-specific algorithms (e.g., vertical formats for TikTok/Reels, thumbnails for YouTube).
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final cuts in a structured digital library.
- Assist in scripting and storyboarding to ensure cohesive and impactful visual narratives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects; familiarity with CapCut is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for video content.
- Ability to work with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Excellent time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles for video content (titles, descriptions, tags).
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
