Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to create cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Manage and grow our online community through engaging content, influencer partnerships, and customer interactions.
- Support the development of creative assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
